Tributes to Bruce Bolt

Mike Blackford: I was working for the Seismographic Stations when Bruce took over the reins from Perry Byerly back in the early 1960's. Thus, I was among the first staff he directed on his arrival at Berkeley. I left Berkeley in 1964 to pursue my career in seismology but the few years I worked for Bruce established a long, cordial relationship that was both professional and personal. I will certainly miss him as much as, if not more than, I miss my other colleagues at Berkeley who have passed on. My sympathy goes out to Beverley and the rest of his family.
