BSL: Earthquake Hotline

The Berkeley Seismological Laboratory maintains an "Earthquake Hotline" which is open to the public. The taped message is updated after earthquakes of note, generally within 20-60 minutes. Both local and distant earthquakes are reported. The Hotline phone number is 510-642-2160.
