Each event will have a minimum of 3 lines;
1) an event line with origin time, location, and magnitude;

idah88196 0 07/14/1988 17:31:33.1 44.456 -114.083 5.0 4.9 Idaho

2) a moment tensor line showing the strike, dip rake for both planes, centroid depth, duration, scalar seismic moment, Mw, and quality. i.e. (st1 dp1 rk1 st2 dp2 rk2 dep dur Mo Mw quality)

2 185 79 164 278 74 11 8 0.0 3.19E+21 3.6 4

The best quality is 4 and the worst 1. Older events did not have the quality assigned. 3) a data informational line which identifies the frequencies and the stations used in the inversion.
-1 0.02 0.06 ANMO PAS SAO CMB MHC BKS LON

The 1 and -1 at the beginning of lines 2 and 3 are flags identifying the solution as a surface spectra result; 2 -2 refers to a complete, three-component, time domain result, and 3 -3 refers to a near-field result.
