FISSION TRACK RESULTS
Notes:
The data from thermochronology comes in the form of apparent ages. A lower age implies a resetting of the thermochronometer due to a heating event.
Our results are shown here:
On the x-axis is distance away from the fault in meters, the y-axis shows the fission track age of our samples. As you can see, all of the fission track ages are identical within error of the method and none of them show evidence for localized heating or resetting of the fission track clock.
