The Network Inversion Filter (NIF) is a tool for time-dependent inversion of GPS and other geodetic data. This folder contains a suite of MATLAB codes to run the NIF method, as well as documentaiton and an example. Please see the README file included in the unzipped folder for important info, including instructions on how to run the tutorial and use the software, and acknowledgement information. Depending on your settings when running the NIF, you may also need the PDCO software package. Specifically, you will need this if you want to turn on the non-negativity constraint on slip-rate and use inverse covariance weighting. PDCO can be obtained at http://web.stanford.edu/group/SOL/software/pdco/.
